Passionate Trainer with a commitment to guiding clients on their fitness journey in a fun and rewarding way. Significantly knowledgeable in Bodybuilding, HIIT, Strength Training, Weight Loss and Program Development.
I acquired a great deal of health and fitness knowledge over my 6+ years of training. I obtained my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) after I realized that working in the fitness industry is what I truly love. My personal strengths include being extremely hard working and self-disciplined, which I use to motivate a healthy fitness lifestyle for myself and others. I have been on a vegan diet since August 2020, as I have found this diet to be immensely beneficial for both my energy and strength levels.
If you are looking to change your lifestyle or body, no matter your current level of fitness, I would love the opportunity to show you how, so please do not hesitate to contact me! Training will be done in the downtown Montreal area. Available training locations are either outdoors in a Trekfit park or in a private studio (once lockdown restrictions are lifted).
