Mouton Vert brings together old world, plant-based, Mediterranean slow cooking where everything was made with extra virgin olive oil to fuel our diet. Maggie went back in time to Greek country cooking, the way it was over 150 years ago, to bring you traditiol and modern dishes with a twist. Her food is cooked fresh at Mouton Vert everyday, homemade and only oven-baked with all organic ingredients. All Mouton Vert recipes rely solely on our very own Greek extra virgin olive oil, Ktima Barakaris.
